From SARI Therapeutic Riding:
Every year, at the end of National Volunteer Week, we celebrate one of our volunteers for their exceptional service to SARI. Part of this includes presenting them with the Ann May Dingwall Care and Commitment Award.
This year’s winner is John Black, who has been volunteering with SARI since 2023. Our Volunteer Services Specialist, Jason London, said John has “given more than 700 hours of his time – hours filled with patience, kindness, and unwavering commitment to our riders and our horses. His steady presence, his willingness to help wherever needed and his genuine care for every participant make him an extraordinary volunteer and an essential part of our community.”
Ed. Note: SARI captured the 2025 LondonOntarioSports.com Community Spirit Award – read about it here.
