The 8th Annual Best of London Golf Awards drew about 5,000 votes in 18 categories representing golf courses, golf practice facilities, golf professionals, golf retailers and area golf tournaments.

“The Best of London Golf Awards offer a fun way to recognize 18 winners in 18 categories, and allow each of the winners the opportunity to market themselves as the best in their field as voted by our readers,” said LondonOntarioGolf.com Publisher and Editor Jeffrey Reed.

“With everyone – including the Southwestern Ontario golf industry – affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, we’re all looking for diversions. This ninth annual survey allows the local golf community to have some fun off the links while voting for industry members who have gone the extra mile this season to make the golf experience as enjoyable as possible,” Reed added.

Because the pandemic has curtailed some elements of the local golf season, there are two new categories this year. Best London & Area Golf Tournament, and Favourite Charity Golf Tournament have been replaced by: Toughest Opening Hole; and Toughest Finishing Hole.

Each of the 2021 Best of London Golf Awards winners will be recognized in multiple ways throughout 2021: online at LondonOntarioGolf.com and parent web publication LondonOntarioSports.com; and at the LondonOntarioSports.com awards banquet in Spring 2121 (pending social gathering regulations). Each of the winners will be able to use the 2021 Best of London Golf Awards logo in their print, online and on-course marketing.
Voting for the 2021 Best of London Golf Awards ends at midnight New Year’s Eve.
