Baycats Lefty Graces IBL Player Of The Month

CAMBRIDGE, ON – The Intercounty Baseball League (IBL) today announced that Barrie Baycats starting pitcher Frank Graces has been named the IBL’s Player of the Month for June presented by Rawlings.

Graces was perfect for the Baycats in the Month of June going 4-0 without a run against. With 90 batters faced, Garces recorded 32 strikeouts and only walked one batter.

Over 25 at bats, Frank only gave up 13 hits and holds a perfect 0.00 ERA.

A native of San Cristobal, Dominican Republic, this is Farces’ first season in the IBL after spending the 2014 and 2015 seasons with the San Diego Padres system. He also pitched for two years with the Arizona Diamondbacks.
