Bolts Lose In OT

Thursday night at Budweiser Gardens, the London Lightning scored 67 second-half points and forced overtime with the visiting Cape Breton Highlanders, but in the end lost, 129-122.

The Highlanders outscored the Bolts, 40-22, in the second quarter alone. But London sent the game into OT at 114-114.

Cape Breton had a game-high 42 points from Bruce Massey.

For London, Maurice Bolden had 29 points, Alex Johnson 20 and Marvin Phillips 19.
